NORMAL USE / MEAL REPLACEMENT
Approx 1 scoop = approx 20g.
Use approx 1 scoop (20g) per 20kg body mass or 1g per kg body mass i.e.; for 80kg weight use 1 serving (approx 4 scoops / 80g). Mix to taste or according to training requirements listed below with water or low-fat milk.
SPEED / POWER ATHLETES
Consume 1 to 2 servings daily, directly after training and / or between normal meals. More frequent (but smaller) servings are preferable to less frequent (but larger) servings.
